Freedom VPN Terms of Service

Effective 27 October 2026

These terms apply to the Freedom VPN app and service ("the service"). By using the service you agree to them. Questions: support@fleuvetech.com.

The service

Freedom VPN routes your device's internet traffic through our VPN servers. Free users get VPN time by watching short ads; Premium subscribers get every location and no ads. Locations, speeds and availability may change, and we cannot guarantee that the service works on every network or in every country.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything illegal, to send spam or email in bulk, to attack or scan other systems, to distribute malware, or to share files over peer-to-peer networks (BitTorrent is blocked). We may limit or end access for accounts that break these rules or harm the service.

Free time and ads

Each completed rewarded ad adds VPN time, up to a daily limit. Time is granted by our server after Google confirms the ad, and it is not money: it cannot be transferred or refunded.

Premium subscriptions

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play. It renews at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before, in Google Play → Subscriptions. Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under its policies. Deleting your account in the app does not cancel a subscription.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from interruptions of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will update this page and its effective date; continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
