Freedom VPN Privacy Policy

Effective 27 October 2026

Freedom VPN ("the app", "we") is a VPN for Android. This policy explains what data the app and our servers handle, why, and the choices you have. Contact us at support@fleuvetech.com.

No browsing logs

We do not record the websites you visit, your DNS queries or the content of your traffic. Your traffic passes through our VPN servers in encrypted form and is not stored.

Your account

You do not sign up with a name, email or phone number. On first start the app creates a random secret that stays on your device and signs you in anonymously. On our servers we keep:

Ads

Free users see ads from Google AdMob (rewarded video ads and native ads). Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and how you interact with ads, to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and the UK), the app asks for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices. Google's use of data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. When you finish a rewarded ad, Google tells our server your account number so we can add your VPN time.

Premium subscriptions

Payments are handled by Google Play; we never see your card details. When you buy or restore Premium, the app sends us the Google Play purchase token. We check it with Google and keep the subscription's product, state and expiry date, and Google's notifications about renewals, cancellations and refunds.

Why we use data

Only to run the service: to sign you in, give you the VPN time you earned or paid for, prevent abuse of free time, and keep the service working. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers that run the service for us: Google (ads and Google Play billing) and the hosting providers of our servers. We may disclose data if the law requires it, but we have no browsing history to disclose.

Security

All data between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS and the VPN protocol). Access to our servers is restricted.

Deleting your account and data

Open Settings → Delete account in the app. This deletes your account, your VPN account and the data above from our servers at once, and removes the secret from your device. Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel it in Google Play. You can also ask us by email.

Retention

We keep account data while your account exists and delete it when you delete the account. Subscription records may be kept as long as needed for accounting and to handle refunds.

Children

Freedom VPN is meant for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
